What does slot volatility mean for my bankroll?

Volatility describes how the same RTP is distributed. A low-volatility slot pays small amounts often, so a EUR 100 bankroll at EUR 0.50 a spin will usually last a few hundred spins with modest swings. A high-volatility slot holds most of its return in rare large hits, so long dry stretches are normal and the same bankroll can disappear in minutes. Neither is more generous; both return the same theoretical percentage over the long run. Match stake to bankroll instead: smaller stakes on high-volatility games buy the spin count those games need, and expect drawdowns far deeper than the average suggests.
