Work the ladder in order and in writing. First file an internal complaint with the operator, cite the specific term you dispute, attach screenshots and transaction IDs, and ask for a final response. Most licences require operators to answer within a set period, commonly eight weeks. If the answer is unsatisfactory or never arrives, escalate to the licensing authority named in the site footer, or to the alternative dispute resolution body the operator is signed up to, such as eCOGRA or IBAS. ADR rulings bind the operator in many jurisdictions but are not courts. Keep every timestamped record; the file you built decides the outcome.
